Bank payments obligations (BPOs) are coming out of the woodwork. CT reported last week the first BPO deal between Japan and Germany had been completed, involving UniCredit Bank and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. Commerzbank and Bangkok Bank also announced the completion of a BPO transaction at roughly the same time.
