Neeraj Kumar Jumrani will leave the gas and engineering firm in February. The company has been fighting action from SEBI.
Neeraj Kumar Jumrani has tendered his resignation as chief financial officer (CFO) at Linde India “to pursue other career options”, according to an announcement to India’s National Stock Exchange.
