Former CHK Oil CFO censured by HKEX
Li Siu Bun has been censured by the Hong Kong exchange for failing to notify relevant parties about the termination of leases related to US oil and gas exploration.
The Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) has censured Li Siu Bun, former chief financial officer (CFO) and company secretary of HKEX-listed CHK Oil (full name China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation), according to an October 6 announcement.
