Asia's top payments service providers
Standard Chartered tops the ratings for the quality of its payment processing services provided in Asia-Pacific, based on East & Partners research. HSBC follows, while Citi's performance has waned in the last year.
Standard Chartered leads the satisfaction charts for payment processes services provided in Asia-Pacific, according to East & Partners*. In May this year, the bank received an average rating of 1.24 from 931 CFOs and treasurers who assigned a ranking of one to five, from satisfied to dissatisfied.
