The weather outside may have been frightful, with tornados and heavy rain threatening the Manila metro area, but inside at the Corporate Treasurer’s 8th Annual Corporate Treasury and CFO Summit in the Philippines on August 16 a brighter outlook prevailed, although tinged with cautionary words from some of the country’s most respected financial industry veterans.
