There are a few main drivers of activity in the Hong Kong commercial leasing market. Costs have led to pent-up demand in Hong Kong for larger and more efficient floor plans. Corporate leasers are looking to cut down on multiple sites and consolidate to save costs. So, when it comes to larger spaces, the market is driven by CFOs looking to save costs.
