
Thailand kicks off dramatic relaxation of FX regulations
As part of an extensive regulatory overhaul, the Bank of Thailand issues a brace of new relaxations to facilitate FX transactions under plans initiated in June.

Thailand’s central bank has issued a number of changes as part of its comprehensive reform of foreign exchange control regulations. The bank has committed to reducing costs and cross-border red tape that have hampered the free flow of trade.
