Q&A: Andrew Fung, CFO at Henderson Land Development
On the sidelines of an event discussing Hong Kong’s latest budget, Fung shared his views with CT on treasury management at a listed property giant, including liquidity, ESG and digitalisation.
Henderson Land Development is one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong, with a market capitalisation of around HK$113 billion ($14.4 billion) as of March 13, 2024. Founded in 1973 by Shau Kee Lee, the company has been involved in developing a host of famous commercial and residential properties in the city, including the International Finance Centre (pictured one of its office towers) in Central and one if its latest additions to the skyline, The Henderson office block in Admiralty.
