Biopharma company, China Biologic, has announced the stepping down of its CFO and appointed an interim replacement Ming Yang to fill the gap.

Tristan Kuo resigned from his position as the China Biologic’s and subsidiaries CFO effective May 31, 2012. Kuo will continue as an independent consultant for the next twelve months.
