Mitsubishi Electric’s Thai biz enters baht pooling arrangement
Instead of parking liquidity at a commercial bank in Thailand, Mitsubishi Electric wants to achieve better deposit yields and cash investment returns by pooling, CT has learnt.
Under a Thai baht pooling service agreement, Mitsubishi Electric, a Japanese electrical and electronic products and systems manufacturer, can re-allocate excess liquidity sitting at its Thai units for better yields.
