Malaysia kick-starts e-Invoicing transition period
All taxpayers in Malaysia are expected to migrate to e-Invoicing practices by July 2025, while businesses have less time to adapt.

Starting from August 1, Malaysian corporates with an annual revenue of more than RM100 million ($22.2 million) will be granted six months to migrate to electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing) systems, as required by the Southeast Asian (SEA) country’s Inland Revenue Board (IRBM).
