The move follows the bank’s acquisition of Viva Wallet earlier this year, and Volkswagen Financial Services, one year ago.
JP Morgan to acquire payments start-up, Renovite

JP Morgan’s payments arm has agreed to purchase cloud-based payments technology company, Renovite, to boost the growth of its merchant acquiring business, according to a release by the bank last week. Details of the transaction were not disclosed and JP Morgan declined to comment beyond the announcement.
