SWIFT has allowed Iranian banks to reconnect to its networks since the official lifting of nuclear-related sanctions. However, global banks will not be entering Iran for a long time.
International sanctions on Iran were lifted on January 17th after the country dismantled large parts of its nuclear programme, following through its commitments under a nuclear deal it signed with global powers last July.
