
Indian regulator tightens default disclosure rules
India's Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has extended and tightened disclosure rules as part of a government push for greater transparency

The Indian securities regulator has created new rules requiring companies to disclose bank loan defaults within one working day as part of a push by the watchdog for greater corporate transparency.
