HSBC announces APAC CMB leadership changes

Amanda Murphy and Frank Fang will lead HSBC’s Asia-Pacific CMB franchise from December 1.

HSBC has announced the appointment of Amanda Murphy as head of Commercial Banking (CMB) for South and Southeast Asia, effective December 1. She will lead the bank’s CMB business for APAC, alongside Frank Fang, who continues as head of CMB for Hong Kong and Macau. Both will report to Barry O’Byrne, CEO for global CMB.
