
How Sunlight REIT increased profit and cut hedging costs
Real estate investment trust Sunlight decided to cut its hedged debt from 100% to 70% to increase net income.

Sunlight REIT, a trust investing in offices and properties in Hong Kong, with a market cap of HK$4.9 billion ($632 million), increased its profit by reducing its percentage of hedged debt. The company operates almost exclusively in Hong Kong dollars.
