
Horizon Robotics and MiniMax tap buoyant Apac convertible bond market
Amid strong demand, the two Hong Kong-listed Chinese firms have announced zero-coupon convertible bond issues totalling around $1.3bn, as capital-intensive tech businesses seek funding while limiting immediate interest costs.

Horizon Robotics, a developer of assisted-driving and autonomous-driving technology, has proposed issuing $450 million of zero-coupon convertible bonds due in July 2027, according to a July 22 Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) announcement.
