The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the territory's de facto central bank and financial regulator, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association (HKCEA) to establish a cooperation framework that will help the association’s 1,000 members establish regional treasury centres (RTCs) in Hong Kong.
