
CSRC closing valve on IPO approvals
Failure to implement effective internal controls and comply with accounting standards have emerged as key pitfalls for companies wanting to go public in China.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission has rejected 37 of the 275 applications for initial public offerings it reviewed in the first half of 2017, state newspaper Shanghai Securities News reported, citing data from financial information service Wind.
