At a time when regulatory pressure has forced large Chinese conglomerates such as Wanda to wind back overseas acquisition, the forex regulator says Beijing is still open for business.

China’s State Administration of Foreign Exchange (Safe) told Chinese media today it had torn down policy barriers for overseas investment and outlined policies on overseas acquisition going forward.
