EEKA Fashion Holdings, a Chinese apparel firm listed on the Hong Kong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), might seek new market opportunities through a joint venture (JV) structure, according to the group’s founder, chief executive officer (CEO) and chairman of the board of directors, Ming Jin.
