
BNP Paribas appoints SEA and India transaction banking heads
Volatility in developed markets, the energy crisis in Europe, and widening of Asia-focussed strategies has led to increased interest in these two markets.

French banking group, BNP Paribas, has announced via a note sent to media the appointments of Rupa Balsekar as head of transaction banking for Southeast Asia (SEA), and Shreeram Sethuraman, to replace her as head of transaction banking, for India. Both executives will assume their new roles from January 1.
